Role Overview
The ERP Project Manager leads NetSuite implementation projects across ProvenScale’s delivery portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating consulting teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes for clients.
You will work closely with Solution Architects, functional consultants, and technical teams while acting as the primary project coordination point between ProvenScale and client stakeholders.
The role requires strong ERP implementation experience, project governance skills, and the ability to guide organizations through complex operational and technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Manage NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through go-live
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
Coordinate consulting teams across functional and technical roles
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of coordination between ProvenScale teams and client stakeholders
Lead project status meetings and executive update sessions
Ensure clear communication across project teams and client leadership
Delivery Governance
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Track implementation progress and maintain documentation of key decisions
Support scope management and project change requests
Implementation Coordination
Work with Solution Architects and consultants to ensure project execution aligns with system design
Coordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities
Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization

Strong collaboration across consulting and technical teams
