Role Overview
The NetSuite Junior Consultant is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in ERP consulting. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience supporting NetSuite implementations while developing the functional, technical, and consulting skills required to become a NetSuite Implementation Consultant.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and solution architects while learning how to design scalable business processes, configure NetSuite modules, and support implementation projects.
This role provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world ERP transformation projects across growing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support
Assist senior consultants with NetSuite implementation projects
Support discovery workshops and documentation of business requirements
Help prepare implementation documentation and configuration guides
System Configuration
Assist with configuring NetSuite modules under the guidance of senior consultants
Support system testing and user acceptance testing activities
Help validate system configurations against business requirements
Data & Process Support
Assist with data preparation and migration activities
Support documentation of business processes and system workflows
Maintain project documentation and implementation artifacts
Professional Development
Participate in training to learn NetSuite functionality and ERP implementation methodologies
Work toward achieving NetSuite certifications supported by ProvenScale
Develop consulting skills including problem solving, communication, and solution design
What Success Looks Like
Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and ERP implementation processes
Effective support for consulting teams during implementation projects
Clear documentation and organization of project deliverables
