Role Overview
The NetSuite Solutions Architect leads the design of scalable NetSuite architectures for software and services organizations implementing or expanding their ERP environments.
This role combines deep NetSuite expertise with strategic system architecture, ensuring finance, operations, and integrations work together in a reliable and scalable platform.
You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical consultants to design solutions that support long-term operational growth and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Design scalable NetSuite architectures supporting finance, operations, and reporting
Define system structure across modules, integrations, and automation workflows
Establish best practices for system configuration and long-term scalability
Implementation Leadership
Provide architectural oversight across NetSuite implementation projects
Guide functional and technical teams during solution design and deployment
Ensure implementations align with industry best practices and client objectives
Integration Strategy
Design integration architectures connecting NetSuite with external systems
Work with middleware platforms such as Celigo and other integration tools
Support API-based integrations and system data architecture
Client Advisory
Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs, CIOs, and operational leaders
Provide guidance on ERP strategy, system architecture, and scalability
Support executive decision-making related to finance technology transformation
