Role Overview
The NetSuite Implementation Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations for software, SaaS, and services organizations. This role combines functional expertise, delivery leadership, and client advisory capabilities.
You will act as the primary implementation lead responsible for translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions while guiding customers through process design, system configuration, and deployment.
This role requires deep understanding of software and services business models, including revenue recognition, subscription billing, project accounting, and professional services automation.
As part of ProvenScale’s delivery model, the Implementation Lead will leverage ProvenScale’s AI-enabled delivery framework, using automation and AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, testing, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership
Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare
Run client workshops to define business processes and system requirements
Design scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with best practices
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
AI-Enabled Delivery
Utilize ProvenScale’s AI-driven delivery tools and automation frameworks to improve implementation efficiency
Identify opportunities to streamline discovery, documentation, testing, and migration processes
Continuously improve the implementation experience through modern delivery practices
Solution Design
Translate business requirements into NetSuite functional designs
Configure NetSuite modules and workflows
Identify automation opportunities across finance and operations processes
Design integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
Client Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, finance leaders, and operations teams
Guide clients through finance transformation and operational improvements
Provide recommendations on best-practice NetSuite architecture
Support executive decision-making related to ERP system design

Scalable NetSuite environments supporting finance, operations, and reporting
